The Road to Healing Aotearoa - Coast to Coast Awareness Walk - August 2023

We're back again team. Last year we did from Bluff to Cape Reinga and raised a huge amount of awareness around sexual abuse. We reached thousands of people.

We've helped hundreds of men and their whanau.

We save lives. We gave it a really good nudge getting our point across.

This year, we're going from Hikurangi on the East Coast to Taranaki on the West Coast, starting at the first place to see the sun in the world, Mount Hikurangi.

We need assistance with raising funds for running costs, this will be a 30 day walk totalling over 750 kilometres - we are trying to cover the costs of food and diesel for our support vehicle, anything you could contribute would be much appreciated.

This isn't about raising funds, this is just about getting running costs covered the real work is and raising awareness, reaching communities reaching people getting the conversation started educating people so that they know how to protect their children and keep their children safe and also empowering survivors with hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that they can get help and change their lives and also promoting the resources that are available in their communities to do so.
