This is a young family in desperate need of help

Thank you to everyone who has kindly donated to Dinesha & Sam. They want to thank so much! They have been truly overwhelmed by everyone's support. Thanks to media attention and support from our local MP, Hamish Walker, as well as the President of the Multicultural Association of NZ and others, the Associate Minister of Immigration, Kris Faaifoi, has promised to investigate their case and the family's lawyer has lodged an appeal. This is just the first step in what could be a long journey. The appeal alone could take months. In the meantime, Sam & Dinesha are not allowed to work - they have no income at all and have spent every cent of their own money on legal/visa fees. Dinesha's medicine costs $2500 a month!!
