Inspired by her Dreams - Tiarnis US High School Exchange Scholarship

Tiarni is a Year 12 student at Hamilton Girls High School; currently studying Level 2 internal exams. Her goal is to achieve Excellence Endorsement in all of her 5 subjects.

So i'd just walked in the door; carrying everything but the car lol and Tiarni hands me this A4 flyer and said 'Mum can I go to America on this exchange?' and I hide my expression and sigh under a yawn haha. Yes sure thing babe i'll look later (like maybe she'll forget I said anything) so she researched the website, showing the enrolment page, hands me the laptop and here we are :)

From here Tiarni booked the info meeting with Your Education New Zealand; which explains who they are and the fundamentals about the exchange. She researched their website, read the student testimonies from other NZ students, and what this opportunity can offer her. Your Education is New Zealand owned and operated, who have successfully managed exchange programmes for more than a decade.

Tiarni applied for the USA programme to New York; which means she will undertake a full-year exchange, leaving Jan 2018 - Jan 2019. Tiarnis application was granted and an interview was required in order for her to be 100% accepted onto an exchange programme,

On Tuesday this week an interview was held with Tiarni, Kurt van Zyl (Director) and Chiara (Representative) at our home. Wednesday afternoon we shared the amazing news that she'd been accepted onto the USA High School Exchange programme.

We are so proud of her, she's an inspiration to her family, friends and peers. Tiarni shows so much passion in shaping her future, she has direction and maturity and knows exactly what she wants her life to be.
