To raise funds for Ibrance medication
I have Stage 4 Advanced Breast Cancer and need to raise funds for life giving medication. 2 more years.

Hi my name is Raewyn and I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer April 23rd 2014. I underwent a double Masectomy and 4 rounds of Chemotherapy. I went back to my life thinking that I had beaten the odds and was cured, but not to be. On the 7th February 2018 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Advanced Breast Cancer. I have been on Tamoxifen since then but unfortunaley my tumours have increased in size and the next round of medication for me will be Ibrance.
Use of funds
To purchase the medication Ibrance which a treatment each is $6,800 including the infusion drug. If I manage to raise more than required I will donate the surplus to other women in my position.

Still here 6 August 2019
Im still here. I now have weekly chemo sessions which leave me very drained. Recently I had to go down to 2 days a week at work as I have been diagnosed with an Pulmanary Embolism which has forced me to slown down. When the chemo I am on stops the next step step is Ibrance which is still not funded by Pharmac. My family and I cannot financially afford the $6000 per month for this life giving drug. So I am asking through the kindness of your hearts to help me fund for this medication.
