Lets support Phoebe Nolly in her recovery from a devastating car accident

Taranaki

On June 8, our beloved friends Natalie & Steve faced every parents worst nightmare. Their daughter, Phoebe, was involved in a devastating car accident. Now, Phoebe is fighting for her life in Wellington Hospital, where she remains in a coma, on a ventilator, & suffering from severe injuries, including numerous facial fractures, a smashed pelvis & a brain injury.

Phoebes condition is critical, & every moment counts. Natalie, Steve & their 3 other daughters, Sophie, Lily & Zoe are committed to being by Phoebe's side during this challenging time. However, the financial strain of being away from home, coupled with the inability to work, has added an overwhelming burden to their already heavy hearts.

We are reaching out to our community to rally around this wonderful family. Your kind donations will help cover essential costs such as accomodation, travel & daily expenses while they remain in Wellington, ensuring they can focus entirely on Phoebe's recovery without the added stress of financial worries.

Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference. Let us come together to support Natalie, Steve, & their girls, showing they are not alone in this battle. Your generosity and prayers are immensely appreciated.

Thank you for your compassion and support during this heart-wrenching time. Lets help bring Phoebe back home safely, surrounded by the love and strength of her family.

Use of funds

All funds raised will go to Natalie for accomodation, travel and daily essential costs, so they came with Phoebe while she recovers and returns home to Inglewood.

Latest update

An update from Natalie  28 June 2026

Phoebe's progress is slow but steady. She has a long road to recovery ahead of her but she is out of ICU and there are plans to transfer her to ABI rehabilitation, which is for rehabilitation from brain injuries. She is very determined and is trying to stand, and she moves around alot even with her many fractures still healing. Phoebe has also said a few words and recognises some familiar people. She even read some words out loud that she saw on some hospital equipment. We are so humbled by the outpouring of love and support that everyone has shown us and we will forever be very grateful. It will take a while but Phoebe is very determined and very strong, and with all of us behind her she has defintely got this. She is a survivor. Once again, thank you everyone for being there for Phoebe and us

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
