Young sailor Tom Hall is fundraising to represent New Zealand at a world championship event.

Tom is a 14 year old sailor selected to compete at the Optimist World Champs in Tanger, Morocco in June 2026. He has been sailing since he was seven, working hard to qualify to represent Aotearoa New Zealand. Tom is excited to race against the world's top young sailors in such an amazing venue, but the costs to compete in Morocco are in the thousands. There are travel expenses, boat hire, gear, event entry fees, and coaching costs. There is also training and coaching in New Zealand in the lead-up to the event that need to be covered. We are grateful for any help to get Tom out there sailing in this opportunity of a lifetime.
