Train the Trainer 2025 is here, giving you the chance to turn the tables on the trainers who give it to you in the gym!
This year, we’re raising funds to support our Hyrox World Championship athletes heading to Chicago in June—Coach Kane, Coach Estelle, and member Binny from Bout Fitness.
All our trainers (including Binny!) have stepped up to take on 22 brutal Bout Rounds—but here’s where you come in…
You can purchase a round and choose their "punishment" (aka exercises 🤮) for them to complete! 💪
💥 22 Rounds available for our trainers (1 min 30 sec per round)
💥 $100 minimum donation per round (split with your mates if you like!)
