Tricky’s Surgery

Help Tricky the Greyhound get to Christchurch to save his leg.

West Coast

Tricky is a lovely natured gentleman Greyhound who accidentally broke his radius & dislocated his elbow of the same leg.

Janice (owner) was taking him for a quick run at the Hokitika beach on Christmas Eve at 7.20pm when he tripped or lodged his paw in a hole.

Janice has been fostering Greyhounds for many years and this is hopefully a way to help pay to take Tricky from the West Coast to an orthopedic Vet in Christchurch in a bid to save his leg.

I’m a friend of Janice’s & fellow dog lover. Janice’s dog Tricky had a horrible accident on Christmas Eve breaking & dislocating his leg at the beach

Use of funds

Initial Vet bills to get Tricky off the beach, aesthetic & pain meds while his leg is relocated into place & bound. Specialist Vet bills in Christchurch to fix the leg or amputate.
