Ukraine Relief Fund for Ternopil Region

My name is Oksana, I am a proud Ukrainian and have lived in New Zealand for two decades.

All of my family live in Western Ukraine in a small village outside of Ternopil. My mother, father, sister, brother in law and their two young children are seeing many desperate families seeking shelter and basic humanitarian support in the small communities around them.

Many of those being forced to relocate are woman and young children, and a number are currently living in a small school for shelter but with limited simple resources to survive on.

I hope to be able to raise money that I can send to my family in Ternopil where they may be able to buy and distribute urgently required resources to these people. They already have close contact with church and local community leaders who will help guide the best use of any money raised.

Any donations you would make will go to my own account initially and then transferred to my father's account in Ukraine.

We know that Give A Little will take a month to release funds raised and so we are sending today our own donation so that help can begin as soon as possible.
