Unfunded vaccines needed, I am severely immune compromised
Trying to get an important vaccine to protect myself that isn't funded for my age group but is much needed

Hi there. This is a fundraiser to get the unfunded for my age group, vaccine for shingles.

According to this website, which I would assume is an approximate cost for this vaccine which requires two doses, both at $350 each.
The reason why I need this is because I am severely immune compromised, and I have been hearing of people who have caught covid (and they had chicken pox in their younger years and the vaccine wasn't available at the time) having shingles activated due to covid reactivating viruses already in the body. And I'm already very unwell as it is with long covid and other undiagnosed illnesses.
