Unlicensed, underage driver crashed our house

Hi Jasmine, I previously donated to your fund and you replied with the comment that no one is taking responsibility for the crash. My suggestion is that you might consider making a claim against the underage driver in a civil court to get a contribution to your costs from him. I suggest you start with Citizens Advice Bureau (phone 0800 367 222) to get some free help with obtaining legal aide. You can email them on their web site (cab.org.nz)

Thank you very much for your suggestion, we have tried it, it should be in youth court, by the police, but we have absolutely no idea how things are going. Thanks again, maybe we should contact the Citizens Advice Bureau again. Thank you!
