Unvaccinated Border Worker FUND

Hi Linda. I was originally representing four border workers from one port (as publicised), however, three of these workers withdrew their claim due to the fear of an adverse cost award.

When including my non-publicised clients, I have three formal clients who are refusing the vaccine: however, I am in contact with people daily who are waiting for their employer to take formal action before I step in to represent.
