Urgent dog eye removal needed!

Our poor Shy girl damaged her eye a few weeks ago causing major swelling and the eye to partially dislodge. We have had a few visits to the vet now and kept up with any medication and advice given. After noticing a change in her normal happy self and discharge from her eye the vet wanted her seen straight away. Her eye is now more or less dead and she needs surgery ASAP to have eye removed. She is on pain medication and antibiotics. Surgery is booked in for Wednesday with a cost of $1500, which we don't quite have at the moment. I'm not the type to ask for help but my girl really needs this operation. I know it's a expensive time of year for everyone and any help would be much appreciated. I hope to be able to pay it forward and help someone else out in the near future.
