Since returning from their last trip to Vanuatu Maxine and Andrew started planning the year long move. The first step was to establish a Trust in NZ to support their work, the Vanuatu Community Trust. You can follow their blog at http://vanuatucommunitytrust.blogspot.com/ The next step was helping establish the Nasi Tuan organisation in Vanuatu, for more information go to ""http://www.nasituan.org"">www.nasituan.org or http://www.facebook.com/pages/Nasi-Tuan-Vanuatu-Community-Development/395945984738 Maxine and Andrew left on their adventure in June and despite some challenges so far have made it to Tanna and have started building up the Nasi Tuan organisation and planning the first project bringing water to the area of Lonahuru. How does Camilla fit in..... I am running the Auckland Marathon this year and will need all the motivation I can get. I am hoping that the?knowledge I am running on behalf of a worthy cause will be help me get to the finish line and I can't think of any as worthy as Maxine and Andrew. I completed the Auckland Half Marathon in 2009 just under 2 hours, I am aiming for a time under 4 hours 15 min this year and will pledge the cost of my Marathon ticket to them if I don't get under 4 hours. So please, sponsor me and support the Vanuatu Volunteers to help us both achieve our goals.
