On Thursday, Friday and Saturday the Kingsland Vinnies team distributed food and gifts to over 140 families in need who got turned away from the Auckland Citymission.
So far we have made up and despatched over 400 foodboxes worth $80 ea and also hundreds of Christmas gift packs.
We have also hosted community events for low income families in Kohuora Prison, Oranga Tamariki family day, west caravan park.
At these events we also have distributed gift and foodpacks.
Through the generous donations of 4 the
Central Auckland Catholic churches, and also friends, family and networks we have raised $30K!!
