Volunteer SE Asia Trip

At the local school I will help in teaching the local children basic english to help them escape the cycle of poverty and by helping maintain and build infrastructure, like toilet blocks and classrooms. At the Elephant sanctuary I will help by building infrastructure, such as viewing platforms, and help by feeding the Elephants, planting banana and sugar cane.

I will use the $1000 mainly for resource and accomodation fees. The resources are the building materials used for the elephant sanctuary and school and to plant the food for the elephants.
