This is to help cover the financial burden of time away from work while in hospital, other kids costs and juggling the travel costs.

6 year old Waiaroha Katarina Smith, born with the multisystic displastic kidney disease found before birth and in starship for scanning on mum while pregnant.

Since birth a lot of renal issues have come up, basically a 7 year battle.

After multiple procedures with compromised immunity she can still live a normal life with one kidney however the bladder had cist’s and a diverticulum in the bladder.

Waiaroha had dead kidney and pipes removed from kidney to bladder had to rebuild restructure one side of her bladder along with other multiple procedures.

With Daniel being the soul provider for the family he needs our help.

Had the pleasure of meeting Daniel at Karamu horse trekking where he had picked up extra work to help with the bills, we had time to connect and I learnt about the struggles they are going through.

Use of funds

Money is going towards helping with time away from work to be there for Waiaroha during her surgery’s, home bills, all transport to and from the hospital.

Basically softening the blow they are already going through.
