    A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to the Waiotira Hall Givealittle page - your support has made such a difference!

    While we're not officially reopened just yet, we’re thrilled to share that the Hall will host a couple of exciting events over the next month.

    We’ll be part of the Rally of Whangarei, with the kitchen up and running, and the Waiotira Primary School is gearing up to hold their annual production right here.

    Thanks to your generosity, our community space is back to life!

  • A Visit from Northland MP Grant McCallum

    Dear Friends,

    We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has contributed to our Givealittle campaign. Your generous donations have brought us closer to our goal, and we are deeply grateful for your support.

    We were honored to welcome Northland MP Grant McCallum to the Waiotira Community Hall this week. During his visit, Grant met with a group of dedicated volunteers who have been working tirelessly to renovate and raise funds for the Hall. His presence and encouragement have been a tremendous boost to our efforts. We discussed the significance of the Hall as the heart of our rural community and how its restoration will benefit everyone in Waiotira.

    As many of you know, community halls are often the lifeblood of rural areas, serving as venues for gatherings, events, and activities that bring people together, with your continued support, we can ensure it remains a vibrant hub for future generations.

    We are truly grateful for the incredible generosity and support we've received in our mission to restore the Waiotira Community Hall. Your contributions have been instrumental in finishing the necessary repairs and ensuring the hall can once again serve as the heart of our community.
