Waitakere Auckland Brass have been based in New Lynn for 100 years.
We are proud to perform at a wide range of events in the community including- Anzac Services, Santa Parades, Christmas Carols at the local supermarket, local festivals, a variety of concerts, as well as competing at the Auckland and National Brass Contests in the A Grade.
Your donations will help us continue to manage the ever expanding costs of running this community band and help us to keep bringing our music to you.
About us
We are an A Grade community Brass Band based in New Lynn. We provide music for such events as Anzac Day, the Farmers Santa Parade, local events and festivals as well as performing a variety of concerts for our friends, family and the community.
Use of funds
We need to maintain and upgrade our instruments as well as cover day to day running costs of the band eg instrument insurance.
