100km for Sua: helping my brother fight bowel cancer with love, support, and funds for ongoing treatment.
Auckland
Some people move through life quietly giving, never asking for anything in return. My brother Sua is one of those people.
He is selfless, humble, and always the first to show up for others. Now, he is facing one of the hardest battles of his life - bowel cancer.
After major surgery, Sua is learning to live a new normal. While surgery was a critical step, it was not the end of the road. He is still undergoing treatment, with ongoing medical and treatment-related costs adding to an already heavy burden.
Despite everything, Sua remains the same giving person he has always been. He doesn’t complain. He doesn’t ask for help. He continues to think of others before himself.
This February, we as a family are taking part in the Move Your Butt Challenge for Bowel Cancer New Zealand, walking 100km for Sua to help support his treatment costs and remind him he is not walking this journey alone
Every step is for Sua.
Every kilometre is a reminder he is deeply loved.
If you’re able, please donate, share, or send prayers and encouragement. No amount is too small. Thank you for standing with my brother and being part of his story.
Sua has always been the heart and strength of our family. Now, as he is facing bowel cancer, it’s our turn to be there for him. This February, we’re walking 100km to show him he is deeply loved, supported, and never alone.
