I certainly find solace in the garden, in nature. Even a wee vege plot is enough. A seed dry and dormant-to watch it grow and how fufilling to pick the harvest and nourish yourself by eating it :) livong more fully is taking just that one wee step forward into new opportunity. Plant a seed. You can always try again if its doesnt grow at first:)
