  • North Island is DONE

    Finally, today, the North Island is DONE. All 1,846km as recorded by my Garmin watch. Happy to say I've doggedly done every single section, every grueling road section with only 62km hitched in total. My version of the Te Araroa is somewhat purist 😁. Ferry to South Island on Thursday (cyclone willing). Yeah! 🥳🥳
