WHARE TIAKI WHENUA - DOME TENT HOMES for Maori Land

The mission of our charity TE ROOPU TIAKI ORA - HEALING INNOVATION HUB is to promote holistic health & wellbeing using therapy & innovation. Housing & mental health has hit its peak in recent years - especially for indigenous Maori/Pasifika communities. We are joining forces with our business partners HAUORA KAINGA ADVOCATE SERVICES & GLOBE DOME HOMES to raise funds to get a lot of whaanau out of emergency housing & into their own rent-to-buy Dome Tent homes on Maaori land. This is what your donations will be going towards:

- Wrap around Maori Land coaching services to assist with the legal matters required to build on Maaori land

- Purchasing Dome Tent home kits for individuals once they have secured a Maori land block to build on

- Transport & logistics to shift the homes to different locations

- Building services to assist whanau with building their Dome Tent homes

- Financial & business workshops to focus on sustainability for all successful clients who receive

About us

Healing Innovation Hub’s mission is to break the stigma of traumas. By going innovative with healing solutions, we are exposing mindfulness therapy into innovation resources to appeal to different age groups, cultures, genders and beliefs

Use of funds

The funds from these campaigns will be going to Dome Tent tiny homes for people, especially clients most vulnerable in NZ stuck in emergency housing. Funds will still be going towards our cheaper wrap around services if we dont meet our target.
