This event is the pinnacle of hike and fly. A truly exciting format that I’ve been a fan of since I first found out about paragliding and its immense potential to independently explore the mountains.
In the 2015 edition I finished in 10th place and was awarded Best Sportsman.
In the 2017 edition I finished in 9th place and my brother and Mum were awarded the Best Supporters.
The live tracking is addictive - I love sharing this experience with kiwis and the world.
Use of funds
Funds will help cover our expenses such as airfares, onroad costs, food, accommodation, and insurance.
