Xervier is raising money to represent New Zealand and defend his World titles in International Para Sailing Championships.
Wellington
Xervier Doney is a young sailor who won two International Championships in 2025 at the Para Sailing World Championships. Those titles were for sailors with an Intellectual Impairment. Xervier has Down syndrome. It is Xervier's goal to defend his titles at the World Para Sailing Championships in Poland in 2027. To prepare for that defence, Xervier plans to travel to Europe this year to compete in the European Para Sailing Championships in September, followed by the World Sailing Inclusion Championships in October. Representing New Zealand on the world stage does not come cheap, and his 2025 campaign is currently budgeted at $20,000. What can you do to help him achieve his goals?
I am Xervier's father, and his crew when he sails a Hansa 303 in Doubles races.
Flights and transfers, accommodation, boat hire, entry fees, and food.
