We know yoga works, but to actually witness the transformation at this level is something else. Our teachers often comment that they think they get more out of the classes than the people they are teaching as its so rewarding. Why? Because its so needed!!!!!
Please keep sharing the love. We appreciate every little like, share and $ because that means we can continue this powerful important mahi.

The issue: anger + violence, the impact of trauma, lack of awareness of behavior or understanding how to change, lead to repeated cycles of recidivism.
Our solution: Tools for self awareness + empowerment teaching practitioners to recognize behavioral patterns and their impact on others. In addition, yoga helps address the physical ill-health that is characterizes prison life (poor sleep, a sedentary lifestyle, chronic muscle and joint pain, dis regulation of nervous and digestive systems). This gives back to the individual a sense of well being and the power of choice, as well as the skills to step out of patterns into a new way of living.
The impact: Balanced, aware individuals, more able to embrace the challenge of healing and change. Happier families, Stronger communities. The ripple effect in full force.
So THANKYOU.
Hey, so we are now alive and running with our first few donations coming in. Exciting!!! We wanted to share this video with you from Jo who manages the Correspondence Course.
