I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and a lovely start to the New Year. 🎄✨

I have been in and out of hospital recently for a very annoying cyst I developed on my right ovary (totally normal lots of people develop cyst) it had burst and left a lot of fluid and blood in my my pelvic area which was causing a lot of pain so a simple key hole surgery to drain the liquid and give me some relief was done last night.

This morning I was told that during surgery they have found more cancer hiding behind my uterus and stuck to my bowls and that there are other cancer cells floating around in my pelvic area which means unfortunately this is not able to be surgically removed. I am now waiting to hear from my oncology team to see what the next steps are in this journey.

My entire stomach was removed just 2 months ago to rid myself of this disease just for it to grow back else where so quickly. I am upset yes but still hopeful. Will keep ya posted.🙂

    Lots of love , Sariah.💐

  • From Terminal to Possible: My Miracle Cancer Journey

      4 December 2025

Kia Ora , Talofa , Hello!

As many of you know, in March I was given a devastating diagnosis: inoperable, advanced gastric cancer with a prognosis of just one year. At that time, surgery wasn't an option because the cancer had spread. My only hope was a combination of Chemotherapy and an unfunded immunotherapy drug called Nivolumab. The treatment worked better than anyone dared to hope. The scans in September showed that the immunotherapy and chemotherapy had done their job. There was no spread of the cancer and the response was so significant that my medical team changed my status from "inoperable" to "operable." In October, I underwent a major surgery to remove the primary tumor. Out of 24 lymph nodes removed, the cancer remained in only one. The main tumor was now resected too. The Next Steps While the surgery was a success, the fight isn't over yet. To ensure the cancer does not return, my oncologists have recommended I continue the Nivolumab immunotherapy for another six months. This is to "mop up" any microscopic cells left behind and protect this second chance at life I’ve been given.

Because this drug remains unfunded in New Zealand, I need to raise a further $45,000 to complete this treatment.

I am asking for your help one last time to cross this finish line. You have already bought me time—now, you are helping continue to have a future with Mahalia-June and Amaia.

Thankyou for standing with us! & Merry Christmas from me and girls. 🎄❤️

    Sariah. X

To every single person who has donated, shared, messaged, prayed, or even just thought of me and my girls during this time, thank you.

Because of your love and generosity, I’ve been given the chance to access treatment that could give me more mornings waking up to little arms and feet kicking me 😆🥹

You’ve all lifted me up in a way I’ll never forget.

From my heart to yours, thank you for showing up for me. Thank you for giving me hope.

    We keep going. 💪 🩷

    With love always,

    Sariah xx
