Fundraising for Movember Foundation New Zealand

I am doing Movember because men’s health—both physical and mental—is a cause that’s deeply personal to me. Through my own journey and my experience coaching others, I’ve witnessed how often men put their health on the back burner, hide their struggles, or avoid asking for help. Growing up and overcoming physical and mental challenges, I learned that real strength isn’t just found in muscles or endurance—it’s found in facing your vulnerabilities and committing to caring for your overall well-being.

This year, I'm challenging myself to do 100 pushups every day throughout Movember. It’s more than just a fitness challenge; it’s a daily reminder that consistency and support can make a huge difference. Movember is about raising awareness for issues that men too often face in silence, from mental health challenges and suicide prevention to prostate and testicular cancer. By participating, I want to encourage conversations, inspire action, and remind everyone that taking care of our health—inside and out—is essential.

Every story matters, every effort counts, and together, we can break down stigmas and build a community where men feel empowered to prioritize their health. Movember is my way of standing up for this cause and supporting a future where men can truly thrive.

If you'd like to support this mission, please donate to the cause and join me in making a difference.
