Hello 👋🏼 I’ll be running everyday of November to reach 100kms to raise awareness for mental health. I’ve chosen this fundraiser, Gumboot Friday because they need us as much as we need them in NZ. Mike King created it as the young people of our country were clearly struggling and no one was doing or speaking about it. They give free counselling to anyone under the age of 25.
