    After having time to process completing the ultra-marathon, I know that thoughts of your donations and words of support were instrumental in helping me cross the line. The knowledge that so many people were behind me and wanting me to succeed for Adam made all the difference.

    Adam never did anything by halves, he squeezed as much out of his too short life as was humanly possible, we can all learn from that.

    I never expected to raise so much and really hope it can be put to good use by MATES and Life Matters, two incredible charities.

    Thank you for each and every dollar and every word of support, each one pushed me one extra step when I didn't think I could go any further. For Adam ❤️

    Just a quick update as Henry is beyond tired!

    He did it! 105km, 3040m elevation in 22hrs!!

    Thank you each and every one of you for donating, he cant believe how much he has raised.

      This is Lou Piezzo. We are family friends of Adam’s family, and we knew Adam since he was a little boy. We donated to your run and we are so happy that you accomplished your goal. Well done! We live in Italy now but we will be home next year for a visit. I would love to meet up with you , if possible maybe have a beer together (it’s on me😂). Adam was blessed to have a friend like you.

    Hi guys,

    Just wanted to do a quick update as I have completed my peak week of training and am tapering down to the race.

    Since I started training in May I have ran 445km and taken over half a million steps. I have had heaps of help from generous professional coaches who have reached out to me, so I am feeling confident I can do this safely. I have been blown away by all of you guys on this page and your generous donations, they have driven me to keep going.

    I started wanting to raise awareness but with your amazing generosity I am now starting to think I can make a difference. A huge thank you to each and every one of you who has donated so far.

    This weekend I ran my first marathon distance in the Riverhead forest, I have been doing a lot of my longer training runs here as its terrain is most like the one I will be running in at the Northland 100 Ultra.

    A bit more about my Friend Adam, he was an amazing musician and has a few great songs released on Spotify at the moment under the name of Iaca Rojo. Give them a look, they may end up in your daily rotation.

    $2000 felt like a lofty goal yet amazing friends helped me reach it in 24hrs! I still have a month to push my message and plenty of places still to share so I'm pushing out my goal. I also altered the end date to 26th as although the race begins on 25th I'll be running through the night and hopefully finishing the next morning! Thank you so much to everyone that has donated, it is giving such a boost to my training.
