161km endurance event (The Northburn 100 miler) Fundraising for New Zealand Fallen Heroes Trust

Some of you may have noticed the changed title of the race in the heading for this page. After a badly timed injury, which has basically put a stop to all of my training for the last few weeks, I've had to make the difficult decision of withdrawing from Alpine Challenge. It was due to start in 10 days, which for me right now will not be possible without doing serious damage. So, after a bit of research, I found an alternative. 'The Northburn 100 miler' which will be taking place in Otago on the March 23rd, 2019. Thus giving me plenty of time to heal properly, train up, give it a crack, and (hopefully) not cause myself any serious damage.
