2024 - Getting WAY out of my Comfort Zone!!!

In November of 2006 I was in a car accident which shook me to the core.

Fast forward 17 Years to Feburary of 2023 when I was diagnosed with a Panic Disorder related to driving after not being able to drive very far or on my own for 17 years without having debilitating Panic attacks.

After finally getting a diagnosis and making my way into the Mental Health System, life flipped upside down again and I made the move to the beautiful Hawkes Bay, just weeks after the devastating Cyclone Gabrielle washed through the district.

10 months on I've got myself an amazing support network of special friends, amazing employers and a fabulous psychologist who has helped me be able to drive again, almost!!!!

2024 is the year for getting out of my comfort zone and what better way to do it then on a 50cc scooter with a bunch of other amazing people riding from Napier to Wellington raising funds for the amazing people who live in the area I now get to call home!!!!
