Gumboot Friday 24 Hour Ride For Hope! The teams at Columbus Coffee and F45 Glen Eden are gearing up to raise fund for this great charity!

Columbus Coffee Glen Eden and F45 Glen Eden have teamed up to hold a 24 hour bike ride in the cafe to raise fund in support of Gumboot Friday on the 28th May.

The I Am Hope Gumboot Friday campaign raises funds to provide free counselling for any kid who needs help.
