24 HOUR 'STEP UP' CHALLENGE

It is time for me to 'STEP UP' for our youth!

To this day, I have been effected by mental health. An illness that is deadly. I struggled to deal with it for a number of years, and still do. I have found comfort in myself now-days, through self-love, but this took many a counselling session to understand.

However, it is time that I 'STEP UP' and help out those more vulnerable than me, our youth. It is hard to comprehend how vulnerable our youth are. They are our future, we must support them in providing free counselling, forever, so they can speak their voice!

What: 24 Hour STEP UP Challenge; Stepping up onto a step and back down, with Gumboots on.

When: 4-5th November, 12pm-12pm

Where: 39/B North St, Timaru
