Fundraising for I Am Hope Foundation

Auckland

Hi, I'm Cooper.

On 1 September, I'll be running 250 kilometres in one continuous effort to raise money for I Am Hope and help spark more conversations around men's mental health.

This challenge isn't just about running. It's about reminding people that no one should have to struggle alone.

Mental health affects so many people, yet too many continue to suffer in silence. If this challenge encourages even one person to reach out, check in on a mate, or ask for help, then every kilometre will be worth it.

Every dollar raised will go directly to I Am Hope, helping provide mental health support for young New Zealanders.

Over the next few weeks, I'll be sharing my training, preparation and the journey leading up to the run on Instagram @cooper.smith141.

If you're able to donate, share this page, or simply help spread the message, I'd be incredibly grateful.

Let's show people they don't have to face their battles alone.

All donations will be going to I am Hope NewZealand

Thank you for your support.

— Cooper Smith
