  Just a wee update for all those who were wondering how my race went on Sunday. I was super stoked with the outcome. I ended up finishing with a time of 1:20. The race was super enjoyable/challenging and has left me wanting more. I really appreciate all the support and love for myself and this family i decided to fundraise for. All of your generous donations would have made a big impact.

    A big huge thanks to you Holly Luxton for such an amazing effort in helping support Kalin, and his family who suffered traumatically after being severely hit by Cyclone Gabrielle in February 2023.

    Three months have passed by and not only the grief of losing a loved one is hard to bare, the earthly devastation is still taking its toll.

    So much work has had to be done and the family are forever grateful for the lengths you went to help them.

    Thank you for being an inspiration for the Chrystal family through this trialling time. We all wish you and your family the very best for your future ahead. Thank you.

  Kia ora,

  This Sunday is race day. I am feeling both excited and nervous. The course takes a rather steep incline which will be a challenge for sure. I am feeling grateful for all those who have donated and supported. I appreciate you all. May we continue to love and look after one another <3
