"35 ULTRA" Reconnaissance Charity Run
The "35 Ultra" Reconnaissance Charity Run.
At 12:00am Saturday 2 November I will attempt to complete the 101km course from Te Taumata o Apanui l, Hawai to Pōtaka, East Cape (Te Whanau a Apanui Iwi boundary). All without no lead up training or experience in marathon/ultramarathon running.
Your kind donations will help support four Charities that give unconditionally to those in need. The Cancer Society NZ, I Am Hope, Hospice NZ & Ronald Mcdonald House NZ.

A massive thank you to everyone for getting behind and supporting the 35Ultra Reconnaisance Charity run.
We had 3 runners complete the full 105km course with multiple support runners and whanau join in (the longest, in gumboots and slides being 33km).
The day ended with our last runner arriving at Pōtaka School at 10:50pm with a total run time of 22hrs 50min.
My appreciation and grattitude goes out to everyone who gave their time and energy into contributing and supporting this entire event. Whether big or small, I love you all 🙏
