84,000 metres in 48 hours for Mental Health

$3,585 donated
Given by 73 generous donors in 6 weeks

I will be running 84 km in 48 hours to raise awareness for mental health and suicide in New Zealand. All funds will go to I Am Hope.

Nationwide

I am taking on the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge on September 11 & 12.

Running 4.4 miles (7km) every 4 hours for 48 hours totalling 84km.

Running further than I have ever ran before to raise awareness for mental health and the incidence of suicide in NZ.

This issue has hit close to home recently with the tragic loss of a

childhood friend and a family friend in the space of 3 weeks.

Deep self reflection has given me the courage to do my part for this important cause.

All funds raised will go directly to the amazing family at I Am Hope who are empowering communities through education and lifting the stigma around Mental Health and suicide in New Zealand.

Let’s do what Kiwi’s do best.

Let’s stand together and fight for a cause.

Let’s spread the message of HOPE!

Much Love.
