For the past 9 years, I've been asking leaders to face their fears in support of our young people. Now, as the Boss myself (and out of excuses), it's my turn to step up. Despite being petrified, I'm taking the plunge, just like the young people in Graeme Dingle Foundation programmes do, and stepping WELL out of my comfort zone for Drop Your Boss 2024.
If I've ever asked you to take the leap—whether you did or not—I’m asking for your support now to help me find the courage to do the same. Our young people today are growing up in a world filled with increasing challenges and adversity. It's essential that we stay connected, nurture their resilience, and empower them to overcome the obstacles they face.
All funds raised from the event go back to the Graeme Dingle Foundation, helping to support over 27,000 rangatahi and tamariki across the motu!
