Let's help them better understand and control their inner critic. The voice of doubt that can beat them up and tell them they're failures, that they're worthless 🫶
With the help of I AM HOPE let's give them greater confidence to share how they feel and to look out for each other 👥️

With a 40% DNF (Did not finish) rate I'll be digging deep into my own mental fitness toolkit to look after myself and get it done 👀
