Hey everyone, it was definitely a challenge but I can confirm I got it done! Was a mix of emotions, some of which questioning what the heck I was doing, but most were smiles! Thanks to everyone for the support and donations, it will massively benefit the MDANZ to help others who need it. The scenery was amazing and the trail itself is incredible, it started with a fresh 10°C and finished with 32°C, what a change. The body is a bit stiff and sore, maybe a little sunburnt, but surprisingly ok. Will rest tonight and tomorrow will probably put my bike up for sale as I have no desire to ever ride that thing again! Just jokes! Thanks again Matthew.

The weather is going to perfect tomorrow so I have decided to fully commit to the ride, yahoo, I'll be driving over to Middlemarch in a few hours to spend the night there with a 6am kick off tomorrow. Thanks again to everyone who has donated.

Hi everyone. Well what can I say... immensely grateful for all of your donations, the total so far is more than I could have imagined. I'm heading to Alex tomorrow and will be based there for about a month. Starting to really look forward to the ride now and sharing it and the build up with you all, should be a bit of a laugh I hope! I plan to update more as the day gets closer so keep a look out here for that! And of course if we keep spreading the word we can keep that total ticking over so please do what you can.
