After entering the technology industry I realise how dependent my success was on having access to the resources I needed to learn. The technology industry unfortunately suffers from a severe lack of diversity of thought across gender, race, and socioeconomic status due to barriers to enter the industry. This campaign is inspired by technology but aims to assist in creating equality of learning opportunity for all fields.
