Across a State for State of Mind

August/September this year will see me walk across the state of Colorado, USA ~ 800km in a search for much needed headspace. Through my work at The Paper Rain Project, we already support Live More Awesome and it's quest to raise the conversation - and lessen the stigma - around mental health. It has become apparent, through sales of product which help to support this very cause, that every customer we sell to, has a connection to this cause.

I'm doing this self-funded walk because I want to, because I need to, for my own headspace. However, I don't see why my efforts for my own state of mind can't help others'. Mental health is something we all need to think and talk more about more. I want to join and support Live More Awesome to support, inspire, encourage & connect people to the help they need. That's it. Simple goals with massive effect.

I believe being outside has huge positive effects on mental health. Nature is where it's at. I will be walking all day, every day for over a month across the mountains of Colorado. Please consider sponsoring per mile completed, or just a little for the whole trip ~ 100% of proceeds going towards Live More Awesome and mental health support. We all need it.
