AGS Distance Squad 1000 Miler in support of Key to Life.
Auckland
The 1000 Miler is a unique event which is staged once every four years, where a group of Auckland Grammar School students attempt to run 1000 miles in less than 100 hours.
It is conducted in 3 shifts, 8am-4pm is run by junior students, 4pm-12am is run by intermediate students. I will be running from midnight to 8am with fellow senior students.
We will be running one at a time for the 8 hour period, 1km at a time at a very fast pace.
The Key to Life Charitable Trust (KTL) is a community-focused support group aiming to forever change the way New Zealanders think, act, and feel about mental health and mental well-being.
