Aimee Reid - Leader's Internship (School of Ministry Development), YWAM Furnace

Hello lovely people!

From the end of April, I am going to YWAM Furnace in Tauranga to undertake a year-long Leader's Internship. This is a combination of a three month School of Ministry Development and a nine-month application phase. During those nine months of application I will join the staff team at YWAM Furnace to put what I've learned into action within their various ministries.

This Leader's Internship will provide me with practical learning in Christian ministry development within both multi-cultural and Aotearoa New Zealand contexts. The experience of growing and giving through involvement in the ministries of YWAM Furnace will provide tools I can take into the future as the Lord shapes the path ahead of me in Christian missions.

Over this year of training and mission work, I will be funding my way through partnership with individuals and churches. I have set up this page to provide a place for financial gifts to go toward tuition and living costs for the first three months of the school as I continue to pursue raising long-term support.
