Suicide prevention boxing fundraiser for The Key to Life Charitable Trust.

On Saturday the 11th of May, I'll be jumping into the ring for the first time to raise money for the IT Heavy Hitters 2019, a suicide prevention boxing fundraiser for The Key to Life Charitable Trust.
I decided to take part in this event because I've seen people, close, and not so close, lose their battle with mental health and resort to suicide. Helping to save even just one life trumps my fear of getting punched in the face.
Mental Health is a serious problem in New Zealand. There is a massive stigma around the awareness of these issues. People need to know it's ok to talk about not being ok.
