Ali G's ride for the Chopper

On the 9th May I will be biking 222km from Queenstown to Invercargill to raise funds for the Chopper Appeal. We all know how much I love riding my bike so why not do it to support a good cause! Please click the give a little link below and let's help support this amazing cause.

All funds raised go to the Lakes District Air Rescue Trust to support the vital Otago Southland Rescue Helicopter Service. The ride is 222 kms on the 9th May 2025. Once again we are delighted to welcome some very special guests with Richie and Gemma McCaw joining us along with Paddy Gower, Nathan Cohen and Anna Taylor.

Last year we passed the magic million $$$ mark through the 13 rides to date and our goal this year is to fundraise $ 150,000.

We will also be remembering our very special friend and local legend, Reece McDonald, before, during and after the ride. Reece tragically passed away last year but he left an amazing legacy through his participation and organising of the ride and his passion for fundraising for the rescue choppers which he had used personally in 2019.
