Amy’s running for Gumboot Friday Nz

Kia Ora everyone my name is Amy. I’ve decided to run 100kms in the month of November to raise funds for gumboot friday. I will also be running a 1/2 marathon on november 6th for this cause. My high school years were really really difficult for me, dealing with pretty poor mental health from year 9-13. However I was fortunate enough to get the help I needed through counselling at school. This topic is super important to me as so many of my friends and family have had their struggles with mental health too. Thank you for supporting me and this cause, I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
