Cheers to the brave! AGY are getting a head shave

Ascend Global Youth are filled with young school aged youth from year 9-13 who have rallied together to put forth their time to raise money for a local community group. This is the first time we've ever done this so we thought we'd choose a charity that was local and that supported young people our age. We picked The Acorn Project, we wanted to support this charity because they support kids our age going through tough times and we thought we could reach out by raising money to support them and their families affected by cancer. We need your help to raise funds for this amazing charity and by doing so we will be holding a head shave fundraiser, a few of our youth and leaders have agreed to a new 'do' for the summer. Our main goal is $2000 but we are very ambitious and believe we can raise a little more, all proceeds will go to The Acorn Project and funding will help support these young teens dealing with cancer whether it is themselves, siblings or parents/caregivers.
