I'm running the 11km in the Auckland Marathon event (over the Harbour Bridge) for the Migraine Foundation Aotearoa NZ. It'll be the first time I've run this distance in more than a decade, overcoming a troublesome achilles, procrastination, terrible weather and, well, migraine attacks that have at times been associated with intense exercise ...
